Paul has over 25 years of Directorial experience within the Financial Services and Insurance Broking industries, including organisations such as Clerical Medical, Ardonagh Group and Marsh & McLennan.
His path has taken him from National Sales Director, to Managing Director of a single business, increasing to a dozen businesses, to Divisional COO and CEO roles.
